FAQ

If you have any questions that are not here,

Please contact us using the inquiry form below.

Q) Can I decide when to study abroad?

Answer) Yes, there is no problem at all. Depending on the schedule of the instructor in charge, we will arrange it according to the schedule as much as possible. If you have a plan, please contact us as soon as possible.

Q) What do I have to arrange here?

Answer) Customers are planning to arrange free time other than air tickets, travel insurance such as overseas travel accident insurance, passports, and piano lessons. We can also make arrangements for accommodation and free time plan support. Please feel free to contact us.

Q) What is included in the lesson arrangement fee?

Answer) I will explain in detail here. Please refer to it.

Q) What kind of person is the instructor? Can you choose here?

Answer) We are very sorry, but we will first ask the customer's request and then select and introduce the instructor who seems to be the most suitable. It is not possible to choose from several candidates. Please understand. One of the instructors has a profile posted here.

Q) How many songs should I prepare?

Answer) Depending on the customer's request, there are various people who have only one song or who prepare several songs. Some of the students who are preparing for competitions and auditions will be played for about 30 minutes in the same way as the actual performance, and if there is a problem, only that part will be played. Also, it is not necessary for all the songs to be completed, and it is okay to come to the lesson with "only here in this song, only here in that song" and "I haven't finished it yet ...". .. Also, if you want multiple lessons, you don't have to change the song each time.

Q) How many copies do you need for the score?

Answer) In most cases, the instructor will write comments (points of concern) on the score when you first play through the song. Therefore, it may be difficult to read a score that already has various comments written on it. (There is no need to erase the previous comment with an eraser etc.) If possible, please bring a secret score that you can write as little as possible and that the instructor can write a comment in English. In most cases, we will prepare sheet music for students and sheet music for teachers. However, there is no problem with copying the score for the instructor. As long as the bar numbers match, it does not matter if the publisher is different, such as when downloading via the Internet.

Q) What is the form of a lesson of 2 hours or more?

Answer) One lesson is two hours for those who play big songs. As a guide, you can play small songs, or if you are a child, take one hour lessons twice (two days). Of course, it is possible to arrange a 2-hour lesson for 5 days (10 hours in total). However, one lesson will last for one hour or more.

Q) I would like to warm my fingers before the lesson ...

Answer) If you come to the teacher's house at least 15 minutes before the lesson starts, you can warm up your fingers before the lesson. The warm-up time does not count towards lesson time.

Q) Do I need to tell in advance which song I want to play?

Answer) We apologize for the inconvenience, but please let us know the song you would like to take a lesson at least two weeks in advance. If the score is a general repertoire and is available, just the song title is fine. Please note that even the instructor will understand the music and take lessons.

Q) How can I reserve a piano practice room?

Answer) When it comes to booking a lesson room in London, most reservations are by phone, and you will need to show your credit card information at the time of booking. In addition, the lesson room fee must be paid by card 48 hours before the reservation date and time. So, if you want to secure a lesson room on your behalf here, book the most convenient lesson room from your accommodation over the phone, pay the cost in bulk here, and later on. You will be billed together with the cost. Even if you cancel the lesson room due to customer's convenience, you will be required to pay the full amount if you cancel within 48 hours from the scheduled date and time of use **. Please understand.

** Depending on the lesson room, a cancellation fee may be charged from the reservation stage for weekend reservations.

Q) What does the piano practice room look like?

Answer) As an example, this piano shop called Jack Samuel has a famous practice room used for rehearsals of auditions and concerts at Kunitachi College of Music, Kunitachi College of Music, etc. The practice room, which is popular because it is located in the center of London and has a grand piano, requires a fairly early reservation in order to reserve the same room for several hours in a row. Nearest subway station:Edgeware Road station,Marble Arch station

Q) Is it okay to take a picture of the class during the lesson?

Answer) There is no problem at all. It is possible if you bring the equipment to be recorded, the battery, the tripod, etc. However, recording lesson scenery is for personal use only, and posting to SNS and video sites is strictly prohibited. Please understand.

Q) Can I ask for lessons on weekends or in the evening?

Answer) If the instructor's time is right, basically if you can finish from 10 am to 5 pm, there will be no problem even on weekends. By the way, London also has a rush hour on the subway, so it's already calm at 10 am, but if you want to avoid the rush hour, you may want to return to London by 4:30 pm. Hmm. Also, until the end of March, when summer time in the UK begins, it will be a little dim at 5 pm, so winter lessons should be in the morning or early afternoon because you can return to the hotel in the dark. I recommend it.

Q) From what age can a child be allowed to study abroad alone?

Answer) If you come to England by yourself and act on your travel schedule including lessons after that without a guardian, I think it will be from a high school student. However, if we support your child's behavior from beginning to end, even junior high school children can do it. Please note that you are responsible for any problems that may occur when we do not support you.

Q) Is it okay for parents to observe the lesson together?

Answer) Of course, there is no problem at all. Instructors tend to welcome the support of parents, so if possible, we would appreciate it if you could take lessons with us.
